He is a pioneering entrepreneur, who for more than 30 years, has founded and operated successful companies in the real estate, investment management, and construction industries.
Mr. Rollins has a keen ability to identify new opportunities, build successful teams, and form strategic relationships with clients, executives and investors. He has been r esponsible for developing and managing strong corporate governance practices, operational systems, and financial strategies, in dynamic growth-oriented industries. Other successful business ventures founded and operated by Mr. Rollins, have included: The Brando Group, a commercial investment/ development firm that provides consulting services in strategic planning, operations and investment finance; Rollins Construction Services, Rollins Development Group, Inc., and Rollins Construction, Inc., among others.
Mr. Rollins earned a bachelor’s degree (B.B.A.) from University of Texas at San Antonio, and Real Estate Salesman and Broker Licenses from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He has served on boards and committees of The Real Estate Council, North Texas Associate Builders and Contractors, City of Dallas, Texas, United Way ( BluePrint for Leadership Program ), Black Chamber of Commerce , North Texas Epilepsy Foundation, and Quinn (Construction Development Alliance), and more. He has been featured in several business articles, newsletters and TV programs. He was also previously spotlighted in "/Ft. Worth Construction News," in "Who's Who in Dallas, Texas," and was named by Quion, as the Ft. Worth, Texas “Emerging Contractor of the Year.”

Mr. Porter oversees a talented team of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional design professionals. Clyde has nearly 50 years of design and facilities management experience, having managed over $1 billion in facilities development and maintenance projects over the course of his distinguished career.
Mr. Porter previously served as Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities Management for the Dallas County Community College District for over 16 years, and as District Architect for the Dallas County Community College District for over 26 years. Clyde began his career in Architecture by serving as Captain, Professor of Military Science / 2nd & 1ˢᵗ Lieutenant, and Combat Platoon Leader / Company XO of the U.S. ARMY, R.O.T.C. – CORP OF ENGINEER / U.S. Army 17th / 8th Engineer Battalion
Valerie Hicks, JD

Ms. Hicks has over 20 years of legal and senior management experience, specializing in the areas of small business consulting, corporate formation and governance, public sector law, real estate law, planning and development, project management, and construction.
Ms. Hicks also has extensive experience in the areas of office management, document control, contract administration, planning and development, project management, and coordination.

Ms. Prather is a Professional Engineer, with over 30 years of experience in Transportation and Program/ Project Management.
Ms. Prather performs high-level, professional, administrative and consultative work requiring highly specialized program and/or project management knowledge.

Mr. Porter has nearly 50 years of A&E experience in the areas of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, transportation, and nuclear facilities development and maintenance, from conceptual design to construction completion.
